We required a full re-plumbing job which included switching from oil to gas. We were given NRM’s number by a friend who used them many times and vouched strongly for how good they are.Kilian was incredibly efficient in getting back to my initial enquiry but what was most impressive was how, during the planning stage, he advised where the boiler, pipes etc should go to maximise heating efficiency within the house, without compromising on space, all within the budget we had.Despite the size of the project, they made the whole process stress free.Having done a number of renovations, I can say hand on heart that Kilian, Bryan, Adrian and the rest of the team at NRM were all very pleasant to deal with and excellent at what they do.I was very pleased we went with NRM and would recommend them to anyone (which we have done many times already).

Bryan and Larry collaborated to figure out the resolution of my messy pipe system and found a new way to sort a problem with minimum intrusion of the rerouted pipes. NRM were really professional and efficient. We needed to replace our very old boiler and after I contacted Killian, he came out promptly to do a site survey. He was very helpful with advice, including afterwards by email when I was still debating which boiler to get. Within a few days, Bryan, Adrian and Reese came out to install the new boiler, they were here for 8am and were so efficient in the way they worked as a team. They were all friendly, nice and helpful. Their work was also really neat and tidy. Bryan did an excellent job fitting the new pipes and boiler and was so obliging and helpful to us afterwards as well. He even checked in after a few days to make sure the new system was all going well, which was much appreciated. Glad we made the choice to go with NRM for our new boiler.

NRM did a full re-plumb of our House. We are very happy with all of the work!|They installed a new Combi-boiler, removed all the old gun-barrel piping and replaced all the radiators.All of the new piping is so precise and neat. After doing lots of research online I decided to get NRM to replace our boiler. They did great work and I was very pleased so I used them again later on to replace all our radiators. The lads even cut a bit off our radiator covers so they’d still fit over our new ones. Communication was also very clear and quick and prices also quite reasonable. Very professional team all around. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Got a combi boiler installed and full conversion to gas from oil central heating with all rads replaced in the house. Killian was great in laying out what would be involved in the work and the quote, had a date set and was given option of sooner with a cancellation. Very quick to respond to any queries we had before the work started. Brian was great in carrying out the work. Everything was extremely tidy and well done, he even moved some of the pipework after based on our preference. Work was of a very high standard.

We had 4 new modern radiators installed which replaced the old type of rads installed in Irish houses 20 years ago.I purchased the rads myself and all through the process Killian was just an email away for advice on size and BTU, he was even there on Sunday to answer any queries I had.We are in the process of renovating our house so we have dealt with alot of different companies and contractors over the past 15 months. My advice would be if they want to be successful they should follow Killian and NRM's model of professionalism.From price to workmanship NRM is one of the best companies I've dealt with.Adrian was the plumber who fitted our rads and you can tell he's been doing this a long time, we have Plywood instead of floor boards and he had to cut them out to replace the pipework as the new rads are a smaller profile than the old ones, he put the floor back as if it’s never been cut , the pipework looks great perfectly straight the way it should be.If your looking for a professional company with outstanding workmanship and communication skills well then this is them.

Excellent gas boiler replacement recently by a professional team.Had an old faulty gas boiler that needed an urgent replacement a couple of months ago. NRM Plumbing already did excellent job for me before so asked them for a visit and a quote. Bryan showed up the next day and examined my setup, then a few weeks later did a quick, clean and professional work to replace the system together with Reece.

Big thanks to Killian, who made a site visit before Christmas, gave a quote and kept in touch to arrange the works.He is very professional and knowledgeable. Massive thanks to Adrian, Reece who completed the works in my house.They replaced and old water tank in the attic with some pipe work changed, removed a tricky old central heating pump in a tiny awkward spot and replaced it with a modern pump so when can now use our back boiler again, and also removed old large radiator in the kitchen removed and fitted a newer one.
