This
quotation is subject to completion of the normal site survey.
This
quotation is valid for 60 days from this date. VAT is included in the quote
amount additionally.
Importantly,
an assumption has been made that the heating system can be divided into
separate Zones to facilitate SEAI heating controls upgrade being incorporated.
An
assessment will be made when on-site otherwise we will examine the possibility
of installing a highly efficient boiler with suitable controls.
To
avail of an SEAI Grant the property must have been built before 2006.
estimated quote includes the cost of a boiler suitable for a building
containing the amount of radiators as stated in your specification. Should you
require further radiators to be added, costs may occur to cover the supply of a
larger boiler.
Furthermore,
it is assumed that the existing boiler is suitably installed with a
standard length flue. If further flue length is required costs will have to be
added to cover same.
Additionally,
if a new boiler is considered necessary it is assumed that it can be
accommodated on the existing site. Please note that if that is not possible and
the boiler has to be relocated further costs will occur to achieve that
relocation.
